A full countdown week was planned for the 2020 Virtual Graduation. Each day unlocked new information or interactive activity for graduates to enjoy.
Putting together the whole project required a content strategy. I worked on creating an outline for the event and gathered analytics at the end.
For examples of the posts, view the department's Instagram Stories Highlight and Twitter Moment. Assets were made using Canva, while social posts were scheduled using Hootsuite. Specifically, the Bingo Card did exceptionally well, gaining professor attention and had the second highest engagement rate of all graduation assets on Twitter (the first going to the Dear Class of 2020 Video).
A web post was also published, where I included 2019-2020 undergraduate highlights as well as a congratulatory message for all our graduates.
Using Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, 2 undergraduate videos and 3 PhD videos were created following the "online" theme of Virtual Graduation.
